We are now looking for a matching coach based in Västerås but also covering Eskilstuna as a work area. 

About the position
As a matching coach, you will work alongside your colleagues in our various assignments related to matching/recruitment in Eskilstuna and Västerås.
In your role, you will guide and match job seekers to jobs or further studies. You are driven by working with people from diverse backgrounds and needs and finding solutions for individuals. You should be motivated by goals, follow-ups, and results. You must have in-depth knowledge of the local labor market, educational structures, study financing, and the laws and regulations regarding unemployment. Establishing business contacts is second nature to you and something you find both enjoyable and challenging. You seize every opportunity to establish a connection.

The assignment is 50%

Your profile
We are looking for someone who is self-sufficient, driven, and engaged with other people. We believe you may have worked in a government agency or within the municipality in similar roles. You are also well-versed in interview techniques and HR issues. You are a relationship builder, with a strong emphasis on relationship building, with experience in job matching. For you, good management is important, and you document, follow up, and work according to effective processes to help a person change their situation.

Requirements
You must also have a post-secondary education and experience through one of the following options:
Approved competence for coaches according to option 1 or option 2.
Option 1

1. University education of at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system). At least two (2) years of work experience equivalent to full-time. Part-time can also be accepted if the total working time corresponds to full-time over two (2) years.

 
Option 2

1. Education: At least one (1) year of full-time studies at the post-secondary level with at least a passing grade.
2. Work experience: At least three (3) years of work experience equivalent to full-time in one or
3. several of the following professions or tasks:
4. - Management with personnel responsibility.
5. - Recruitment.
6. - Transition work for job seekers.
7. - Study and career guidance.
8. - Handling of personnel issues (not just personnel administration).
9. - Work with labor and labor market issues.
10. - Work with social and group psychology.
11. - Career guidance.
