Warranty Administrator for Product Support

About the Role
In the role of Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for finalizing claims based on documentation received from our facilities across the country. Your work and responsibilities will also include following up on claims requests, monitoring the payment of compensations, and assisting with incoming warranty inquiries and warranty cases against Volvo CE, Volvo Penta Industry, and Ammann. You will also work with our internal extended warranties offered when customers choose to sign service agreements with us at Swecon. Additionally, other tasks within the product support area may occur as needed. You will report to the head of product support, where you can expect a coaching and trust-based leadership style. Follow-ups will take place continuously on a weekly and monthly basis, where freedom with responsibility is an important guiding principle. You will belong to a close-knit team where we all help each other to achieve our goals, and we truly do it together!

We are looking for someone who has:
- Relevant background and/or experience in similar tasks
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Good administrative skills
- Good computer and system proficiency
- Driver's license (B)
