About us

The HR Department is part of the regional director's staff and is led by the HR director. The HR Department has a county-wide responsibility for the region's HR processes and is organized into the units: HR support for healthcare, HR support for regional operations, work environment and competence development, as well as recruitment and labor market.

Your tasks

The position is located within the recruitment and labor market unit, and your main tasks will involve recruitment administration such as logging advertisements and filing documents in personnel records. Over time, the tasks may expand to include additional responsibilities within the unit, but there may also be opportunities to work in other units within the HR Department.

Your qualifications

We are looking for someone studying at a university or college with a focus on human resources and labor issues. To be eligible for the position, you need to have completed approved studies equivalent to at least 60 credits.

For the role, it is required that you are meticulous, responsible, and enjoy working in a structured manner with tasks that can sometimes be monotonous – but important. You are willing to take your own initiative, are not afraid to ask questions, and have the ability to build good relationships.

Employment form

Temporary employment as a student employee for the spring semester of 2026. Scope is approximately 1 day a week, max 15 hours per week. Start date according to agreement.
