Job Responsibilities

A job as a leisure teacher includes a range of responsibilities and tasks focused on creating a safe, stimulating, and educational environment for our students. As a leisure teacher, you participate in both school activities during the school day and in leisure activities before and after school. You are responsible for collaborating around the student's entire school day based on applicable governing documents and have an extra responsibility for their time in the leisure center.

In your role as a leisure teacher, you will be part of the pedagogical planning and implementation of activities, as well as evaluation and follow-up of the leisure center's operations. This means you need to be well acquainted with the curriculum and other governing documents.

As a leisure teacher, you help create the best conditions for play, learning, and development, promote good relationships, and contribute to a positive and meaningful interaction for all our students throughout the day.

Qualifications

Licensed teacher with a focus on leisure education.

Based on your clear and conscious leadership and experience, you create an open and safe environment where everyone feels included. You have high social competence and a clear desire to develop both yourself and the organization you work in, together with colleagues and management.
