I am looking for an engaged childcare worker/preschool teacher or another qualification that can be equated with a childcare worker or preschool teacher, for a newly opened educational activity. Ideally, I would like you to have experience, but that is not the most important thing. The most important thing is that you WANT to work with children, enjoy crafting, and are an open person. It is essential that all children feel welcome here. Experience with NPF or other diagnoses and disabilities is a merit.

The staff consists of two people, and the number of children is between four to five. It is good if you know a little about documentation and are smoke-free. Since it is a private operation, you will also need to prepare meals for the children, so that is something you need to be able to do. We take turns and help each other with everything.

Together we will create a new operation, with schedules (how you want to work), how the pedagogy will be structured, etc.

You are a pleasant and gentle person who can still set boundaries with children. The well-being and development of the children are your top priority.
