About the role

As a Team Leader for the machine operators, you will belong to the Treatment unit and be stationed at our facility in Helsingborg. The mission of the Treatment unit is to ensure sustainable management of the 200,000 tons of materials/year that NSR handles to be returned to society. You will be a crucial link in our chain that drives the waste facility, with contacts both internally and externally. The unit processes waste of various types using several different types of construction machinery.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervision of staff including hired personnel

• Personnel responsibility for machine operators

• Deviation management

• Contract follow-up

• Quality monitoring and control

• Ensure and verify information and statistics

• Operational optimization

• Efficiency and improvement work

• Project management

Requirements for success in the role

As a Team Leader, you need to be stress-resistant, organized, and responsible. A significant part of your work will involve following up and optimizing daily operations in both the short and long term. You will work both administratively and operationally, which requires your flexibility as well as your ability to prioritize and coordinate.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has good knowledge of labor law and occupational health and safety
• Has experience with administrative tasks
• Has experience in leadership and good leadership skills
• Communicates fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
• Has good computer skills, including the Office suite
• Has a B driver's license
• Has completed relevant courses such as CPR and Hot Work
• Has a driver's license for wheel loaders; if you also have licenses for other construction machinery, that is a plus
• Experience in the waste industry is an advantage

Employment

• Employment type: Permanent position with an initial probationary period of 6 months
• Working hours: 100%
• Start date: As soon as possible by agreement
• Location: Helsingborg
