In this role, you will work on developing innovative and sustainable bridge constructions together with cross-functional teams, ensuring quality and safety through analyses, drawings, technical descriptions, and site visits. You will be responsible for coordinating the project team and driving projects efficiently within given time and budget frameworks, while building strong relationships with clients and partners. Through your business-oriented approach, you will also have the opportunity to influence strategic project decisions and be a key person in the company's continued expansion in the Swedish market.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a Master's degree in Civil Engineering, preferably with experience in bridge design.
• Has experience in project management where technology and business acumen go hand in hand.
• Is communicative, responsible, and proactive.
