About the role

As a project manager with us, you will have overall responsibility for your demolition contracts. You will plan, drive, and follow up on projects with responsibility for economic, work environment, and quality issues.

You will have daily contact with site management, clients, and suppliers, which places high demands on collaboration and good communication skills. You are expected to lead and motivate employees towards set goals both in the business and individual development plans.

In the projects, you create structure through good order & clarity as well as clear leadership. You enjoy administration, finance, and documentation – which is a natural part of the job.

We are looking for someone who meets the following requirements:

• Is reliable, hardworking, and wants to deliver high quality in your work
• Shares the company's values: Reliability, Sustainability, and Professionalism/Quality
• Is structured and enjoys administration, finance, and documentation
• Good Swedish in speech and writing
• Has a B driver's license

Desirable experiences and skills:

• Experience in the contracting industry as a project manager or site manager
• Experience in project management
• Experience in building construction
• Experience in leadership
