ABOUT THE POSITION:
As a Process Documenter, you will work with management processes to build facilities for regional networks. Your task is to create flowcharts for how to work with the projects, see how different activities are linked together, and who is responsible for each step. You will also produce documents and checklists for various stages in the process. Together with process leaders, you will perform checks to see how the work is done today and update existing processes.
You will draw and update process flows for project managers in construction projects. In close collaboration with group managers, you will identify important and critical steps in the work process and assist in drawing these flows in their BIC system. You will work with quality methodology, root cause analysis, logistics, and supply within the construction industry.

In this role, you will gain insight into a large technical company in the energy sector and gain valuable experience for the future.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO:
- Are studying at a college or university with a focus on logistics, business development, or equivalent
- Have at least one year left of your studies as the position extends throughout 2026
- Have insight into the theories behind quality methodology
- Are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, as all documentation is in Swedish.
It is a merit if you have an understanding of the industry, e.g., how a construction project works, and have previous relevant experience working with flowcharts.
ABOUT THE EMPLOYMENT:
This is a consulting assignment, which means you will be employed by us at Friday.

- Scope: Part-time, approx. 50% per week with the possibility of full-time during the summer of 2026
