Treano is one of the fastest-growing construction companies in Skåne, working in construction services, contracting, and project development. With around 200 employees and an annual turnover of approximately one billion SEK, we continue to expand – and now we are looking for you to help develop our projects in northeastern Skåne.

As a KIP at Treano you will play a central role in the projects and work closely with both the business area manager and project management. You will be a key part in ensuring quality, structure, and good economy throughout the project process.

Your responsibilities include:

• Budgeting of construction projects
• Responsible for purchasing and creating purchasing plans
• Project planning and coordination in the early stages of projects
• Collaboration with project management and business area manager
• Ensuring that the work follows the company's guidelines for quality, environment, and working conditions

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 3 years of experience in budgeting, purchasing, or project planning within construction
• Post-secondary education in construction (YH, university, or equivalent)
• Good knowledge of industry agreements and regulations, such as AB04 and ABT06
• Good collaboration skills and sense of responsibility

Meritorious:
