Treano operates throughout Skåne and continues to grow continuously. Sawi Exclusive Homes by Treano is a concept within Treano that focuses on building exclusive and unique homes. Our headquarters is located in Malmö, and we also have local offices close to our customers in Ystad, Trelleborg, Lund, Helsingborg, Hässleholm, and Kristianstad.

The demand from our customers in the Malmö business area is very high; to meet their requirements and ensure continued stable high quality, we need to strengthen our organization with a Trainee.

As a Trainee, you will be offered through our trainee program to gain insight into many different parts of our operations such as production, project planning, as well as calculations and purchasing. Practical experience will be combined with theory. During your employment with us, you will also get to know our culture and our values. The position, which is full-time, begins with a six-month probationary period.

We are looking for you who are a newly graduated civil engineer. As a recent graduate, you will go through our trainee program, which is approximately 2 years long.

We are looking for you as a person who is engaged, values teamwork highly, takes responsibility, and goes the extra mile. You are good at organizing and planning, customer-oriented, have good leadership skills, and are good at creating a positive work environment in the group. You are communicative and have an easy time collaborating. We also see that you have a high work ethic and enjoy working with freedom under responsibility.
