Sven Jinert AB is growing and is now looking for a designer who wants to be involved in developing the solutions behind our special projects.

We work with technically demanding assignments where steel structures are a central part of the implementation. Many of our projects are unique in their nature and require customized solutions.

What sets us apart is that we do not just design. We develop methods, construct solutions, and manufacture our own equipment in our workshop to solve projects efficiently and safely.

With us, construction is part of the whole – from idea to finished solution.

About the role

You will:

• Dimension steel structures in special projects

• Produce design calculations and technical solutions

• Work closely with project management, production, and the workshop

• Be involved in developing and adapting our own equipment

• Participate in the design of new equipment in certain projects

• Ensure technical documentation and quality

This is a role where you will be involved in figuring out how it should be done – not just calculating finished concepts.

We are looking for someone who

• Is a university or civil engineer in construction/design

• Has experience in dimensioning steel structures

• Is confident in design calculations

• Works in CAD 2D & 3D

• Has a B driver's license

• Masters English

You are analytical, solution-oriented, and thrive in projects where standard solutions rarely suffice.
