We are a construction company based in Limhamn. We work with everything from minor insurance damages to complete renovations for private individuals. Quality, structure, and customer satisfaction are at the center of our operations.

About the role

We are looking for someone who has worked in construction services for a long time and is used to taking significant responsibility in assignments. You have a good overview of various work tasks and enjoy working both independently and in a team.

You are self-driven, proactive, and accustomed to juggling multiple tasks. Digital documentation and mobile-based systems are a natural part of the job.

This position suits you if you thrive on responsibility, enjoy keeping everything together – and want to continue developing in your profession.

Examples of tasks:

- Minor and major renovations for private individuals

- Demolition, plastering, painting, kitchen assembly, and flooring

- Bathroom renovations according to BKR (if you have experience)

- Handling of insurance damages and restorations

- Communication with customers and documentation via mobile

We are looking for someone who:

- Has at least 5 years of experience in construction services

- Is structured, self-driven, and quality-conscious

- Is confident in various work tasks

- Masters Swedish in speech and writing

- Understands and is comfortable using a mobile for documentation, photos, and time reporting

- Has a B driver's license (own car is a plus)
