About the role

We are now looking for a skilled refrigeration and heat pump technician for our production of heat pumps for properties and commercial use.

With us, you will have a practical, varied, and technically stimulating role where you work with the assembly of our heat pumps – from soldering and piping to pressure testing, vacuum suction, and refrigerant handling.

You will be an important part of our production and help ensure that our products maintain the highest possible quality.

Main responsibilities:

• Assembly of refrigeration systems
• Soldering and piping
• Vacuum suction, pressure testing & leak detection
• Refrigerant handling
• Basic electrical connections (connecting control boards, compressors, and sensors)

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, technically interested, and quality-conscious.

We believe you have:

• Refrigeration and heat pump technician education or HVAC training
• At least 2–5 years of experience in refrigeration work
• Valid INCERT soldering certificate
• Good understanding of refrigeration systems
• Basic electrical knowledge

We believe you value both working independently with your team and collaborating with colleagues across different functions both in Åstorp and Europe.

Employment conditions

The position is located in Åstorp and the working hours are initially weekdays 07-16, shift work may become relevant in the future.

We are covered by the IF Metall collective agreement (Teknikföretagen).
