Regionfastigheter develops and manages Region Skåne's properties with a focus on creating safe, functional, and sustainable environments for residents and employees.

Right now, Region Skåne is making the largest investments ever in Skåne's hospital areas. We develop complex construction projects in sensitive healthcare environments, always with the highest demands on operational reliability. At the same time, we are expanding the infrastructure for public transport with new service depots for buses and trains.

The Property Planning unit works in early stages and is responsible for ensuring good planning conditions for the management and development of the region's property portfolio and future establishments. The area of activity is also responsible for ensuring the development of strategies, planning conditions, and implementation plans for renewal and development ahead of upcoming investment decisions. Currently, there are ten employees in the area who together take on the challenges that our assignments require.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for a property developer who will be part of the team within Property Planning. Your tasks include participating in the development of current situation analyses and development plans for our property areas. You will identify and analyze risks in early stages and develop property plans that serve as a basis for better maintenance plans and appropriate investment plans. You will drive and participate in investigations within the area as well as planning programs/detail planning processes as needed. Your role also includes contact with authorities and suppliers in the technical field and is responsible for ensuring that collaborations and coordination around the projects work well between our various areas of activity within Regionfastigheter and other administrations.

The position is based in Malmö. Since our assignments cover the entire Region Skåne, travel within Skåne is included in the job. We offer the opportunity to work remotely based on the needs of the business.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who have a relevant university education in the area of the position, or other education and/or work experience that the employer deems equivalent. You also have good language skills in Swedish in both speech and writing, good general computer skills, and good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite. As travel is included in the position, a valid B driver's license is also required.

We are looking for someone with several years of solid experience in the industry and who has worked in a similar role as a consultant, contractor, or client. If you have experience working within the hospital segment, we see this as advantageous. It is meritorious if you have worked within or towards the public sector.

As a person, you have analytical and strategic abilities as well as a good understanding of assignments in early stages with long planning perspectives. You have good organizational skills and work in a structured manner with a clear customer focus. You also have very good communication skills and manage many parallel contact points in an unpretentious and constructive manner. Additionally, you have the ability to plan, organize, and follow up on decisions and results with both your area of responsibility and the whole in mind.
