Great, then you could be Elbogen Electric's new Tender Engineer in Malmö.

About the company

Elbogen Electric is an experienced player in the Nordic market for customized power distribution solutions. Within the Power Solutions business area, they design, produce, and install power plants and provide service and upgrades for these.

In addition to complete power plants, separate components such as switchgear, distribution boards, central units, and control cabinets are also delivered. The projects are often found in operations with critical functions – for example, hospitals, industry, data centers, and infrastructure.

About the role

As a Tender Engineer, you are responsible for developing competitive and commercially sustainable tenders within electrical power and power installation projects. The projects vary in size and complexity and include both in-house production and subcontractors.

You analyze tender documents and commercial terms, prepare calculations, and ensure that the tenders are technically well-developed, correctly priced, and complete before submission. The role involves close collaboration with sales, project management, estimating, and external partners. Your main tasks include:

• Responsible for the entire tender process from analysis to finished offer

• Prepare calculations and cost assessments

• Coordinate internal and external resources during the tender phase

• Engage in dialogue with customers, consultants, and suppliers

• Ensure structured handover to the project organization upon winning contracts

About you

We are looking for someone with solid experience in tendering work, preferably within electrical power, energy, infrastructure, or contracting. You have a good technical understanding of electricity and are used to interpreting technical documents and commercial terms. You also need to have:

• Experience with tenders, estimates, and/or projects within contracting

• Understanding of contracting law, such as AB 04 and ABT 06

• Ability to work methodically and accurately in estimating tools, such as Excel

• Good communication skills in Swedish and English

It is an advantage if you have experience with public procurement (LOU).

You thrive in an environment with many contact points, have a good ability to prioritize, and are confident in dialogue with various stakeholders. You take responsibility for the whole and ensure that the work is driven forward with quality and structure. You have a genuine technical interest and enjoy close collaboration with both internal colleagues and external partners.
