Experienced Demolition Worker / Team Leader Wanted – Yuppos Way AB

Yuppos Way AB is looking for an experienced demolition worker with skills in demolition and core drilling for a permanent position.

We are looking for someone who is self-driven, responsible, and has experience leading work on demolition projects.

Job Responsibilities

As a demolition worker and team leader, you will be responsible for:

• Performing demolition work and core drilling
• 
  
• Leading and distributing work within the team
• 
  
• Maintaining daily contact with clients, project managers, and other contractors on site
• 
  
• Planning work and ensuring timelines are followed
• 
  
• Ensuring workplace safety, order, and environmental conditions
• 
  
• Conducting and following up on risk assessments (BAS-U thinking)
• 
  
• Ensuring that work is performed according to applicable regulations and company procedures

We are looking for someone who

• Has documented experience in demolition work and core drilling
• 
  
• Has previous experience as a team leader or supervisor
• 
  
• Is accustomed to taking responsibility and making decisions on site
• 
  
• Has good collaboration skills and is clear in communication
• 
  
• Has a good understanding of workplace safety and environmental work
• 
  
• Holds a valid driver's license (B) (requirement)
• 
  
• Speaks Swedish
•
