About the Position

We are currently seeking a concrete worker for a leading international construction company. You should have previous experience in the field and be available immediately. The role involves creating and assembling formwork, reinforcing, and pouring concrete structures in accordance with applicable safety regulations. You will work under the guidance of a team leader and collaborate with various professional groups during the project's delivery phase. You are expected to read and interpret drawings, reinforcement plans, and instructions for different concrete and formwork solutions.

This is a full-time consulting assignment with a 6-month fixed-term employment where you will work in 2 shifts for 6 weeks at our client's site in Boden, followed by 2 weeks off. If you reside outside of Boden, accommodation and travel will be provided. The start date is currently not set but is expected to be in early 2026.

About You

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, flexible, and responsible with good teamwork skills. You enjoy working in a team and following safety procedures. It is a plus if you have technical competence in formwork and concrete pouring. You should also be proficient in English, both spoken and written, as instructions may be provided in English. You have good physical endurance and are accustomed to handling manual tasks such as assembling and disassembling formwork. If you also have a good adaptability to changing conditions on the construction site, you will fit in perfectly here.

Requirements for the Position

At least 3 years of work experience in formwork, concrete, or reinforcement
Experience in creating and assembling formwork and reinforcement for concrete structures.
Ability to pour concrete and ensure proper packing according to correct work methods.
Experience in creating and dismantling formwork (vertical and horizontal, standard and traditional).

Meritorious

Vocational training as a concrete worker
Experience in assembling and disassembling specific equipment.
