About the position

Schnell Rekrytering AB is now seeking, on behalf of our client, a self-driven and experienced foreman in asphalt for a construction company with a family-like culture and strong team spirit. The company operates throughout Skåne and works in both asphalt and cable/construction projects. Here you will have a role with great responsibility, freedom, and the opportunity to truly influence the business.

About the role

In the role of working foreman in asphalt, you will drive and develop the company's asphalt operations. You will lead a small team, plan work, ensure quality, and participate practically in production.

For the right person, there is also the opportunity to bring in your own clients and further develop the business – and then work more independently on these projects.

Your tasks

• Lead, plan, and distribute work within asphalt.
• Work operationally alongside the team.
• Maintain high quality and good order at the workplace.
• Be responsible for customer contact and minor project management.
• Support construction and cable operations as needed.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has solid experience in asphalt or construction – preferably both.
• Is self-driven and confident in leading a small team.
• Has worked as a foreman, team leader, or in a similar role.
• Has an understanding of planning, logistics, and execution of asphalt jobs.
• Preferably has experience in cable excavation (meriting but not required).
• Thrives in a role where you both lead and work practically.
• Is responsible, social, and contributes to a positive work environment.
