Service Ventilation Installer Wanted

We are now looking for an experienced service ventilation installer who wants to work with smaller installation jobs. This is a role for you who want to work more consistently, with clear assignments and close contact with the end customer.

Your New Job

The work consists of smaller installation and renovation tasks within ventilation, often at existing customers. The assignments are clearly defined and usually last 1–4 days, sometimes continuous and sometimes spread over time.

Examples of Tasks:

• Installation of ventilation ducts and associated components
• Replacement of ventilation units
• Completing and modifying existing systems
• Adjustments and improvements based on site conditions

You will work both independently and with colleagues, depending on the scope of the assignment.

The work is completed when the installation is finished and handed over.

Working Method

The assignments are characterized by:

• Fewer actors
• Closer contact with the end customer
• Limited project administration
• Ability to manage changes and improvements during the work

The office usually receives inquiries, but the installer is involved early in the inquiries. Once the work is underway, a large part of the customer contact takes place directly between the installer and the customer.

You work independently in your assignments but are never alone. If needed, experienced project managers within our contracting operations are available to support you in planning, technical choices, and execution.

We are looking for someone with professional experience in ventilation, preferably from a contracting environment. Formal education is not a requirement. Professional experience and practical skills are crucial.
