In the role of site manager at Treano Bygg, you will play a central role in our construction projects within the Hässleholm division. You will work closely with production management and help create structure, clarity, and progress in the projects – from planning to final delivery.

You are responsible for ensuring that the projects, together with the site manager, are carried out with the right quality, within budget, and according to schedule. In close collaboration with the site manager, employees, subcontractors, and clients, you drive the daily work forward and ensure a safe and efficient production.

As a site manager, you will:

• Be part of the production team for the Hässleholm business area
• Be responsible for quality, economy, planning, and personnel in the projects
• Be a key person in the implementation of the projects
• Lead the daily work

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 3 years of experience in production management within construction
• Relevant post-secondary education
• Good knowledge of production, planning, and work management
• Experience in creating and developing business relationships
