The Infrastructure Unit is part of the Department of Strategic Care Development at Skåne University Hospital (Sus), and our focus is to continuously work to improve the physical and logistical conditions for our caregivers and patients. We are the link between healthcare and our partners Regionservice, Regionfastigheter, Medical Services, and Digitalization IT/MT, during renovations and new constructions. Our task is to assist healthcare operations with effective solutions and investments for their needs in equipment and premises by prioritizing, driving, and following up.

We are a unit under construction with several new employees, which means that together with you, we will continue to create and document frameworks around working methods, routines, and processes. JOB DESCRIPTION

We are now looking for a project coordinator who wants to make an important contribution together with us at the Infrastructure Unit. With us, you will work in a workplace with engaged colleagues, patient focus, and a modern trust-based leadership.

Your tasks primarily consist of coordinating construction and equipment investments within the administration or other clients within the region. Furthermore, you may also become involved in strategic tasks within support and service.

Your task is to help healthcare operations with good solutions for their needs in equipment, premises, renovations, maintenance coordination, and support and service. This means that you have a continuous dialogue with the operations to understand their needs and based on these identify, analyze, prepare, and prioritize actions in the short and long term. You independently prepare materials for decisions, lead and follow up on investment projects, while closely collaborating with employees within infrastructure. Presenting in regional and local working groups is also a natural part of the role as a project coordinator.

As a project coordinator, you ensure that affected and nearby operations continuously receive information and are guided in consultation with the responsible project manager during the construction process. Much of what we do in the unit is based on careful documentation, and we work from a specially designed project system (PRIO). Furthermore, you contribute with cost-conscious quality assurance of our projects by guiding operations to the right support function in operational-related matters.

This is a position that offers good opportunities for responsibility with authority and gives you the chance for personal development. In addition to your main assignment, you are expected to engage with your colleagues in developing processes and work routines and contribute to finding solutions and the unit's development.

Your primary workplace is Malmö, but you may also receive assignments in other locations.

We plan to conduct interviews on January 14 and 16.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who have previous experience in leading or coordinating projects, preferably related to construction, equipment, technical installations, or healthcare environments. You have a college and/or university education in what the employer deems relevant. Alternatively, you have another educational background along with several years of work experience that the employer considers equivalent competence. It is a prerequisite for the position that you have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Furthermore, you have good IT skills, where experience in understanding and reading drawings and construction documents is an advantage.

You will independently work in our complex healthcare environments, and we therefore see it as advantageous if you have experience coordinating larger projects. Experience and knowledge in property planning and support and service are also seen as beneficial. Additionally, we would like you to have documented training in project management.

To be successful in the role, you are confident in yourself and can independently drive and deliver results. You are a good relationship builder who has the ability to listen, ask the right questions, and analyze needs, while also being able to stand up for and push through proposals for solutions. We prefer that you are a curious, positive, and engaged person who enjoys working with varied tasks in an organization in constant change, and you are happy to share your knowledge and collaborate with colleagues.

Furthermore, you are solution-focused, action-oriented, and a clear pedagogical communicator who enjoys reporting the status of various projects to different groups. In this role, the pace of work may vary, and it is required that you have the ability to structure and plan your work to deliver results in the best possible way.
