As a senior project manager at Höörs Fastigheter, you will have the opportunity to work in a thriving company in a municipality that is moving forward and is facing significant investments to develop the municipality's public utility and operational premises.

As a senior project manager, you will have a leading role in the company's project operations and be responsible for driving renovation and new construction projects through the entire process – from feasibility studies and early stages to completed buildings and handover to management. Höörs Fastigheter is facing several major investments and development projects in the coming years, and you will be a key person in realizing these initiatives.

Examples of ongoing or planned projects include the renovation of Ringsjöskolan, new operational premises for the healthcare and social services sector, renovation and expansion of the municipal building, a new ice rink, handball arena, and residential development of the Lugnet block. The role involves close collaboration with the municipality's operations, the internal management organization, and a broad network of external consultants and contractors.

As a senior project manager, you will lead the project work together with the CEO and be part of the company's management team. You are expected to contribute to the company's long-term development and provide advisory and supportive roles in project matters within the organization.

• Prepare project calculations, schedules, project budgets, and documentation for investment decisions.
• Lead the work in early stages, produce and quality assure building permit documents, and ensure complete building permit applications.
• Procure consultants and contractors according to LOU and coordinate architects, technical consultants, and other project parties.
• Lead collaboration with the municipality's operations, local supply organization, and the internal management organization.
• Report project progress to management and steering groups.
• Contribute to the company's development and quality work.
• Overall responsibility for handing over completed projects to management.

• You have a relevant academic education or equivalent experience and at least 10 years of work experience in the contracting or client side.
• You have documented experience in project management at all stages, including detailed planning work, feasibility studies, design, building permit processes, production, and completion.
• You have good knowledge of construction law and confidence in procuring and leading projects according to LOU.
• You are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have good knowledge of the Office suite.
• A valid driver's license (B) is required.

As a person, you are structured, driven, and results-oriented. You have the ability to plan long-term, manage multiple parallel assignments, and make well-considered decisions. You are confident in setting demands and following up, while also being unpretentious and collaborating well with both internal and external parties. The role requires good communication skills and a natural ability to build trusting relationships.
