AB 05 is currently in an exciting growth phase with new inquiries from our clients. Therefore, we need to strengthen our wonderful team in Malmö with an additional new colleague, this time with an experienced project & construction manager.

Your tasks at AB 05
The position of project & construction manager at AB 05 is a varied and challenging job where you will play a central role in ensuring a good delivery to our client.

You will participate in the procurement of contractors, often with the help of tender documents that we have developed ourselves. You will plan, coordinate, and lead the construction process from start to finish, while also ensuring the agreement between the client and the contractor. This is done in terms of managing time, finances, quality, work environment, and environmental aspects. During the course and at the final stage of a construction project, AB 05 also offers the client assistance with inspections in all its forms, using our own knowledge as well as a broad network.

Your background and experience
You currently possess high competence in construction technology. You have experience and the ability to manage both smaller and larger construction projects. You are used to having ongoing contact with clients, contractors, and authorities. Of course, you have a strong interest and commitment to everything related to building construction in all its forms, including installations.

To succeed in the role of project & construction manager at AB 05, we believe that you are fundamentally educated as a civil or engineering graduate or a qualified construction engineer from a YH program. In addition to your education, you have accumulated at least 8-10 years of solid and documented work experience in the construction and real estate industry in a similar role.

Perhaps you are currently a project or site manager at a medium to large construction contracting company. You possess high overall competence in new and renovation projects of varying sizes and scopes.

You are proficient and can communicate well in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. A driver's license (B) is required as we have projects throughout Sweden.

In addition to the above, it is advantageous if you also have experience working with calculation programs and have good knowledge of laws and requirements regarding work environment and construction law.

We prefer that you reside in the Malmö area/Skåne - you currently have an established and relevant local network within the industry.

You are the project & construction manager who is driven to complete your projects on time, within budget, and to the right quality.

As a person, you are engaged, driven, and results-oriented. You have a good ability to independently manage and develop your projects. Being flexible is completely natural for you. You take on both small and large assignments with the same commitment, as they are equally valuable and important to us.

You are a team player who can work just as well independently as in a group. You are also good at building good relationships both externally and internally. You have a natural desire to actively contribute to the positive and open work climate that prevails within our company.
