In Riks Region South, JM is developing several housing projects in Malmö, Lund, and surrounding areas. Several projects are in production, and more are being prepared for construction start in 2026. Therefore, we are now looking for more committed site managers who want to help shape the future of housing.

About the position

As a site manager, you will play a key role in our construction projects. You will plan, lead, and coordinate both your own staff and subcontractors. You are responsible for ensuring that production meets time, cost, quality, and that the work environment is safe.

You will work closely with craftsmen and other site managers in the project and will have support from schedules, budgets, operational systems, as well as experienced site and project managers. Together, we create a culture where collaboration, clear communication, and order are the foundation for success.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with an engineering degree who preferably has experience in construction and/or new housing production. Previous experience as a site manager or skilled worker in production is an advantage. A valid driver's license and good computer skills are required, and you also have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

To succeed in the role, you have knowledge in:

• Leadership and communication

• Construction technology and reading blueprints

• Planning and cost control

Knowledge in contract law, purchasing/contracts, and experience working with Dalux, Powerproject, and/or Bluebeam is also advantageous.
