Description

As a process and project manager in technology and service, you will play a central role in the municipality's work with properties and infrastructure.

The position encompasses a broad responsibility with an initial focus on the municipal property stock, where you will work with relationship documents, internal rental agreements, local supply, and long-term maintenance plans. You will contribute to materials for energy efficiency, economic analyses, key figures, and decision support, ensuring that the working methods are sustainable and can develop over time. In the long run, the work will also extend to the municipality's other areas of activity, such as streets, parks, forests, and other infrastructure, where you will help create structured and long-term processes that strengthen the entire organization.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will lead complex projects and coordinate internal resources and external consultants. You will drive the work from needs analysis to finished solutions and ensure that projects deliver according to schedule, quality, and goals. You will manage large information flows and different perspectives, transforming these into clear decisions and goals, and ensure that each project results in implemented working methods that can be followed up and developed over time. You will work closely with the head of administration and be an important link in the municipality's internal network, where your efforts impact the entire organization.

Requirements and Qualifications

We see that you have a relevant university degree in areas such as technology, construction, urban planning, or property management and documented experience in project management in complex and cross-functional environments. You have experience in driving processes from needs analysis to implemented working methods and in developing long-term maintenance plans or structured work processes. Experience from municipal operations or the public sector, as well as competence in energy efficiency, economic analyses, or decision support, is advantageous. Experience in work related to streets, parks, forests, or other infrastructure is also a merit.
