About the role

As the Team Leader for the scale reception, you belong to the Treatment unit and are stationed at our facility in Helsingborg. The Treatment unit's mission is to ensure sustainable handling of the 200,000 tons of materials/year that NSR manages to be returned to society. The scale reception is an important link in this chain, where weighing and registration of incoming waste takes place. In your role as Team Leader for the scale, you will have contacts both internally and externally.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leadership of staff including hired personnel

• Personnel responsibility for scale staff

• Deviation management

• Contract follow-up

• Quality monitoring and control

• Verify and ensure information and statistics

• Operational optimization

• Efficiency and improvement work

• Project management

Requirements for success in the role

As a Team Leader, you need to be stress-resistant, organized, and responsible. A large part of your work will involve following up and optimizing daily operations in the short and long term. You will work both administratively and operationally, which requires your flexibility as well as your ability to prioritize and coordinate.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has good knowledge of labor law and occupational health and safety
• Has experience with administrative tasks
• Has experience in leadership and good leadership skills
• Communicates fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Has good computer skills, including the Office suite
• Has a B driver's license
• Has completed relevant courses such as CPR and Hot Work
• If you have post-secondary education in environmental studies and have worked in the waste industry, it is an advantage

Employment

• Employment type: Permanent position with an initial 6-month probationary period
• Working hours: 100 %
• Start date: As soon as possible by agreement
• Location: Helsingborg
