Your New Job

As a project manager at Bravida, you will work effectively in a team. We perform everything within ventilation, either as independent assignments or in collaboration with other technical disciplines within Bravida. Our customers are mainly construction companies and other commercial property owners. In the role of project manager, you will primarily be responsible for installation projects from project planning to delivery. Your tasks will include:

• Responsible for calculations, financial results, technical quality, and documentation during project execution
• Work with purchasing, resource planning, and quality and work environment efforts
• Work with Bravida's digital project management tools
• Develop and maintain customer relationships
• Lead and engage employees
• Participate in Bravida's improvement efforts

We consist of about 15 colleagues and we work with contracts in Northern Skåne. Our clients are primarily construction companies. We Are Looking For You

You have a documented ability to drive projects from start to finish and are used to leading skilled workers and managing subcontractors. With your business acumen, engagement, and strategic understanding, you can effectively navigate through all phases of the project and deliver results.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• At least two years of experience as a project manager or similar role in ventilation
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Possess a B driver's license
• Documented experience in driving and leading projects
• Strong business acumen and ability to create long-term customer relationships
• Good communication skills in Swedish, both orally and in writing
• Structure, initiative, and an analytical understanding of project flows
• Experience with renovation projects is an advantage
