SJR is now looking for a support employee for our client Rexor, who wants to become a central part of their team and grow into the role of an expert in their business system Rexor. Here you will work in a successful product company where you become the link between customers and technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Your role at Rexor:

Receive incoming cases and guide our customers to smart solutions
Use your financial expertise to understand and analyze their challenges
Work closely with both colleagues and customers – with ample opportunity to influence and develop
Dive deep into Rexor's business system and develop into a product expert

Here you need to be able to juggle many tasks, be confident in making your own decisions, and always have the customer's best interest in mind.

Suitable Background

Education in finance, e.g., industrial economics or business administration
Several years of experience in accounting work
Knowledge of financial processes (EHF) and bookkeeping – experience as an accounting assistant/accounting consultant is a plus
Good knowledge of the Office suite
A strong desire to provide service and create satisfied customers

Personal Qualities

We would like you to be technically interested in what happens "behind the scenes" in the systems. Be self-driven, responsible, and solution-oriented with the ability to analyze and understand customer needs. A team player who enjoys working in teams and in project form.
