About the role

As an IT Technician, you will work closely with the business and technology, continuously receiving cases from the organization to ensure a stable and secure IT environment. The role involves local responsibility at the office you are based in, while you also have a central task supporting users in multiple locations. You will be part of a small team with three colleagues whom you will collaborate closely with.

Your main areas of responsibility:

• Participate in central projects and implementations
• Install and support local IT equipment
• Solve user problems, manage orders
• Implement technical solutions and improvements

Your profile

Your ability to combine technical expertise with a helpful attitude allows you to solve your colleagues' problems in a professional and pedagogical manner. You are communicative, social, and spread positive energy to those you meet.

To fit this role, we also believe you have:

• Solid experience (4+ years) in a similar role in a modern IT environment (e.g., as an IT technician or IT consultant)
• Professional experience from IT companies
• Broad technical competence and understanding of the overall IT landscape
• Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Entra, and Azure
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is a plus if you also have experience in:

• Administering networks, firewalls, and VPNs
• Client management in Intune
• Power Apps, integrations of various systems
• ISO 27001
• ITIL and ITIL processes

The position is primarily based in Hässleholm, but a placement in Linköping is also possible.
