About the Position

As an onsite technician, you will be a vital part of the local IT team and work closely with end-users. You will ensure that the IT environment runs smoothly, from computers and printers to conference rooms, and provide technical support where it is truly needed. The work takes place on-site at the client's office in Lund, so a valid driver's license (B) is required, and you should be flexible with occasional short business trips.

This is a consulting assignment for 6 months, where you will be employed by us at Cleverex Bemanning. There may be an opportunity for an extension.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site technical support to users regarding printers, conference rooms, and computers
Install and deliver computers, phones, and accessories
Document cases and create user-friendly instructions
Work with systematic troubleshooting and respond to operational disruptions
Assist colleagues and end-users with technical expertise – with a particular focus on service and accessibility

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

Has completed high school education, preferably with a technical focus
Holds a valid driver's license (B)
Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English
Has experience in IT support and documentation in case management systems

Meritorious:

Experience from larger organizations with complex IT environments

This position requires you to pass a security clearance in accordance with the Security Protection Act. The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions with our client that have requirements for security classification, this may involve requirements for certain citizenship.
