Nanostone AB is now looking for a broad, solution-oriented, and curious IT Manager who wants to combine onsite support and daily problem-solving with the further development of our digital workflows, systems, and backend solutions.

About the role

In this role, you will ensure that the IT environment runs smoothly and that colleagues can perform their work without technical obstacles – while also driving development forward.

You will work both operationally and developmentally, with a clear focus on:

• Resolving daily IT-related questions and problems

• Improving, automating, and further developing our systems

• Creating stable technical solutions that support customer service, sales, marketing, and operations

You will become Nanostone's internal expert and natural point of contact for IT, systems, and digital development.

Responsibilities

IT support & operations (onsite and remote)

• Daily support to employees regarding computers, accounts, and systems

• Administration of Microsoft environment (Microsoft 365, users, licenses, permissions)

• Troubleshooting IT environment, systems, integrations, and technical issues

• Contact with external IT and system providers as needed

CRM & business systems

• Further development and management of our CRM system HubSpot

  • Customization of pipelines, workflows, and automations

  • Ensuring data quality, reports, and dashboards

  • Integrations between CRM, web, forms, email, and other systems

• Support to sales, marketing, and management on how to use CRM effectively

Web, backend & digital platforms

• Technical management of our website in WordPress (Elementor)

• Basic development, troubleshooting, and optimization

• Working with backend-related issues such as integrations, APIs, and data logic

• Collaboration on forms, tracking, performance, and technical improvements

Development & automation

• Creating simpler scripts, customizations, and integrations

• Identifying manual processes that can be automated

• Improving information flows and efficiency between our systems

Your technical background

You don't need to know everything from day one, but you should be familiar with and have experience in all or several of the following areas:

• HubSpot (strongly meritorious)

• CRM logic, workflows, and automations

• WordPress and Elementor

• HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (basic to intermediate)

• API integrations, webhooks

• Understanding of hosting, domains, and DNS

• Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)

• User management, security, and licenses

• Basic administration of Windows and Mac

Meritorious

• Programming in e.g., JavaScript, PHP, or Python

• Backend understanding and databases

• IT security and permission structure

• Experience working in or building IT in growing organizations

• Has an easy time understanding the business's needs and translating them into technical solutions

• Likes to improve, simplify, and build sustainable systems

• Communicates pedagogically with both technical and non-technical colleagues

Practical information

• The position is 100% permanent, with an initial probationary period

• The work is hybrid, based out of our office in Trelleborg

• Start: as agreed / immediately
