We are looking for
A system developer with a focus on AI, permanent position.
Content and Responsibilities
We are looking for a driven and innovative system developer with a focus on AI. You will work on creating and developing agents, as well as possible integrations via APIs and databases for access to datasets. Your main tasks will include:
- Automating processes with RPA and/or AI
- Creating and training AI agents based on business requirements
- Developing integrations via APIs and databases
- Building and implementing chatbots and agents with language models such as Llama, Copilot, ChatGPT, and Mistral
- Conducting market monitoring and pilot testing of new AI and language models
- Proposing and building AI applications based on business needs
- Investigating and evaluating the business benefits of AI, RPA, process mining, and machine learning
Qualifications
For this position, the following is specifically required:
- We are looking for someone with at least a high school education, preferably a college/university degree in an IT-related field. Very good general technical competence is required for the position.
- You should be structured and have a high delivery capacity, and we place great emphasis on having your own drive and being able to independently plan and execute activities.
- You enjoy working in project form and can see yourself in both the role of project leader and project participant. You do not hesitate in the face of new challenges. You find it easy to tackle the tasks that need to be solved with a positive and focused engagement.
- You keep an eye on developments in your area of responsibility and are curious about new technology and the latest IT services from a global perspective.
- You are unpretentious and attentive to colleagues and users.
- You follow up deliveries against the client.
In addition, the position requires:
- Documented experience in creating, training, and publishing agents and chatbots with several different language models.
- Documented experience working in Copilot Studio.
- Experience building Open Source chatbots with, for example, Llama or similar.
- Good understanding and experience of administrative processes.
- Good knowledge of Copilot Studio, Open AI API, Node.js, MySQL, React, Git, and C#.
- Knowledge of Javascript, Python, and HTML/CSS.
- Documented experience and very good knowledge of working with Ladok's API.
Workplace
Working with IT at a university is a varied and challenging job characterized by a balance between academic freedom and technical limitations. The university's IT department delivers a wide range of services to the organization divided into 4 units: IT Infrastructure (ITI), IT Service (ITS), Process and System Development (PSU), and the unit for IT Pedagogical Support (ITP), which together comprise just over 60 people.
The position is located at the unit for IT Pedagogical Support, ITP, which is situated in premises at Universitetsholmen near the central station. ITP is a unit with broad expertise in research support systems, educational support systems, AV technology, technology lending, and AI. The position as a system developer is part of the AI and digital transformation workgroup. The position involves close collaboration with both system owners and system administrators within the university. You will work together with colleagues in a smaller development team that identifies, drives, and develops various processes using AI, automation, and RPA based on the needs of the organizations.
Our goal is to deliver a modern, functional, and efficient IT environment based on a hybrid model aiming for the cloud.
