Job Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst for a project focused on digital transformation. The role involves working with requirements from early clarification and documentation, all the way through validation during implementation and testing. A central part of the assignment is to analyze and improve user journeys from start to finish across multiple channels, ensuring that the solutions meet both business needs and user expectations.

As a Business Analyst, you will also define and track key metrics related to adoption, performance, and scalability. The assignment includes developing overall business and functional design and ensuring clear traceability between requirements and delivered solutions. You will collaborate closely with product management, design, architecture, and development teams. All work must comply with applicable regulations, such as PSD2, GDPR, AML, and EAA. The assignment takes place in an agile environment and covers multiple European markets.

Qualifications

• Practical experience working in agile delivery environments, preferably with scaled frameworks like SAFe
• 5–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital financial services
• Proven ability to define, manage, and document requirements and business processes using modeling methods such as BPMN and UML
• Experience with initiatives covering multiple European markets
