Nordlo Syd is now looking for another Master Architect to the advisory customer teams. The core of the teams consists of Master Architects and salespeople who together focus on creating innovative development that makes IT a strong force for the business's commercial growth.

About the position

As a Master Architect at Nordlo Syd, you will be a key player in the customer teams and work closely with customers, salespeople, and consultants to develop business-driven IT strategies. The role is primarily strategic and tactical, focusing on analysis, advice, and long-term business development.

Your extensive experience and technical expertise also provide a foundation for you to act operationally in certain situations, for example, in the area of IT security.

Responsibilities

In the role of Master Architect, you will have a broad responsibility that combines long-term business thinking with the ability to turn ideas into reality regarding what we call the “Customer Development Process”. You will be involved early in the process and work closely with both our management, salespeople, and consultants to develop business-driven IT solutions that strengthen our customers' operations.

• Provide business-oriented IT consulting and develop IT strategies that harmonize and support customers' strategic business development
• Implement solutions in Azure environments and other infrastructures
• Conduct project planning, gap analyses, and documentation at the management level
• Ensure compliance with regulations such as NIS2, DORA, and ISO 27001
• Drive complex IT security projects for customers in the private sector

Your profile

We are looking for someone with broad experience in IT architecture, who can take responsibility for the whole in complex projects. You have both technical and business understanding, create trust, and drive development forward together with customers and colleagues. Your strong interest in IT and technical development means you are constantly seeking new knowledge and evolving with the world to create long-term and sustainable solutions.

As a person, you are business-driven, communicative, and flexible, with a natural ability to take responsibility and drive processes in close dialogue with the customer. You thrive in teamwork and are happy to share your expertise, while also having the ability to work independently when needed.

• You have deep expertise in business-developing IT and a good understanding of how IT can support the business and enable the company's business development
• Expertise in Microsoft environments and specifically knowledge of Azure solutions is a basic requirement
• Experience acting as an advisor to corporate management and managing complex projects in the private sector
• Good insight into regulatory requirements and regulations
• Interest in compliance and risk management
• Experience in project planning and technical documentation
• If you have networking knowledge, it is a merit, but not a requirement
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing is a requirement
