At Klippan Safety, we are now looking for an IT Technician who wants to help manage, develop, and future-proof our IT environment. You will be part of an experienced and close-knit IT team responsible for the infrastructure at our sites in Sweden, Europe, and South America. We are both small and large at the same time, creating a varied and developing work environment for us in the IT department.

About the position

In the role of IT Technician, you will combine technical operations with close collaboration with the business. Together with your colleagues, you will have overall responsibility for ensuring that our systems and IT infrastructure are stable, secure, and ready for the future. The role is broad and varied and suits you who thrive in both operational work and development.

Your responsibilities include:

• Managing, maintaining, and monitoring servers, networks, clients, and applications, including patching and incident management.
• Providing support and assistance to users in close collaboration with other IT staff.
• Supporting the business in further development and adaptation of systems, for example through improvements, updates, and working with super users.
• Developing and maintaining system integrations and connections to our data platform for analysis and reporting.
• Actively working with information security, risk management, and compliance for a secure and requirement-compliant IT landscape.
• Contributing to improvements in work methods, automation, and data quality, as well as working towards standardization.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a technical education in IT, or equivalent experience, who enjoys a broad role in IT operations and infrastructure. You have experience working in a Microsoft environment and are used to combining technical operations with user support, system administration, and troubleshooting.

You have good knowledge of the operation and maintenance of Windows-based environments, virtualization, networks, and backup systems, as well as experience with system and API integrations. You are curious about modern technology, such as AI for data analysis, and have a desire to implement new solutions in practice. You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English.

As a person, you are structured, security-conscious, and solution-oriented. You are comfortable engaging with the business, suppliers, and super users, and enjoy taking responsibility and supporting the business in our digitalization. You are a team player who contributes to a stable, efficient, and long-term IT environment.

It is a plus if you also have:

• Experience with compliance requirements, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Worked with EDI integrations.
• Experience with data platforms for analysis and follow-up in production or product development.
• Education or experience in IT/information security.
• Ability to communicate in Polish or Portuguese.

The position is full-time based at our headquarters in Klippan, and you will report to the CEO.
