About Diflex

Diflex is a rapidly growing company based in Ängelholm. Diflex delivers high-quality hosting and IT services to small and medium-sized enterprises. Diflex works with a wide range of services and provides our customers with IT support, server management, licenses, cloud services (Microsoft 365), networks, and computer hardware. Today, we have about 45 employees, but we are steadily growing by about 20% per year.

About this position

We are now looking to expand our support department with additional technicians. You will work in a group assisting with handling support cases and eventually also with installations for new customers.

About you as an applicant

You should have good social skills! You should either have an education in IT or have previously worked in a similar role.

You need to have a B driver's license and a strong interest in IT and technology. You need to speak fluent Swedish as almost all our customers are based in Sweden. We prefer that you live in northwestern Skåne.
