In the role of IT support technician, you are a key person in the organization's IT support. You handle incoming cases via phone and email, ensuring that users receive a professional, clear, and pleasant response.

You work systematically in the case management system and are responsible for:

• Receiving and managing incoming calls and emails

• Registering and documenting cases in real-time with high quality

• Resolving cases directly in 1st line or escalating to 2nd line if necessary

• Ensuring correct categorization, prioritization, and clear case descriptions

• Contributing to a smooth and professional support experience

• Relevant education in IT or equivalent experience

• 3-5 years of experience in technical support via phone and email

• Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish both verbally and in writing

• A strong service focus and a solution-oriented approach

• Good collaboration skills and high personal suitability for the role

• Experience from larger, complex organizations

• Experience working in public sector (e.g., municipality or authority)

• Location: Malmö (on-site work, no remote)

• Assignment period: January 26, 2026 - March 31, 2026, with a chance for extension.

• Scope: Full-time 100%
