We are currently seeking an Implementation Leader for the Implementation Team within SDV Rollout on behalf of our client. Together with the team and the receiving organizations (private healthcare providers), you will drive the detailed planning, verification, and execution of the SDV deployments.

Region Skåne is implementing a digital healthcare system with the help of Oracle Health to replace several applications that support the region's healthcare activities. This is the most extensive renewal effort in the history of Region Skåne.

The project is geographically based in Medicon Village in Lund. However, deployments will take place throughout Skåne, which may require travel within the region. You will report to the project manager for the implementation team.

Main Responsibilities

As an Implementation Leader, you will be the primary contact for a large number of private healthcare providers, varying in size from small three-person companies without administrative capacity to large organizations with their own project structure. The role includes the following specific responsibilities and tasks:

Role from the perspective of receiving organizations:

• Support rollout management and project teams as needed with project management before, during, and after the rollout of SDV
• Assist in preparing the digital healthcare environment and receiving organizations
• Be an open and accessible channel into the SDV program for questions and dialogue regarding the rollout
• Contribute the SDV program's perspective in discussions and planning with receiving organizations
• Ensure that the rollout project at receiving organizations has the right conditions for planning.
• Facilitate and support knowledge transfer from the SDV program to receiving organizations.

Role from the perspective of the SDV program

• Be available to receiving organizations for questions and dialogue regarding planning and rollout of SDV
• Ensure that identified and handed-over activities that must be performed in receiving organizations and operations are planned and executed
• Represent the recipient's perspective in discussions, planning, and material development from the SDV program
• Ensure transparency and accessibility of the latest information and documentation regarding the rollout of SDV to recipients
• Act as the contact between the SDV program and receiving organizations' rollout projects during and after the operational start until SDV management takes over
• Ensure that materials from the SDV program are consistent and tailored to the recipient

Qualifications

The role requires great attention to detail and the ability to quickly understand various problem areas, prioritize, and drive activities. For this role, we require a person with:

• Senior project management experience
• Experience working in larger programs/projects with the ability to manage a complex stakeholder environment
• Strong leadership skills with a great drive and the ability to act independently based on the mandates of the assignment
• Structured with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach.
• Good social skills, responsiveness, and verbal communication ability
• Experience in change management

Previous experience in leadership positions within healthcare, clinical background, change management, and larger rollout projects/implementations in public or private administration is advantageous.
