Advisera is growing – and we are now looking for a structured and service-oriented Delivery Coordinator to our expanding Advisera Support team! The Role of Delivery Coordinator

As a Delivery Coordinator, you will act as a project-leading link between the customer, supplier, and our internal teams. You are responsible for ensuring that our deliveries of IT, telephony, and switchboard solutions are carried out smoothly, professionally, and according to plan.

You will follow the entire delivery chain – from order to deployment – and ensure that all parties have the correct information, that any obstacles are managed, and that the customer has a safe and positive experience.

You will work closely with our advisors, technicians, and suppliers, and be part of an engaged team of eight colleagues, based at the headquarters in Malmö.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate deliveries of telephony, switchboard, and IT solutions to new and existing customers

  • Maintain ongoing dialogue with customers, suppliers, and Advisera's advisors

  • Project manage the entire delivery process – from order to completed implementation

  • Plan and book technicians, and follow up on times and activities

  • Ensure that all system information is documented and registered correctly in CRM

  • Participate in improvement work regarding routines, processes, and customer experience

  • Support the team with technical questions and basic troubleshooting as needed

We hope you have
  • An interest in technology, IT, and telecom

  • Experience in coordination, administration, or project management

  • Previous experience in customer contact and service

  • The ability to keep many balls in the air without losing structure

  • Good system skills and the ability to quickly learn new tools

  • Strong communication skills in both spoken and written form

  • A solution-oriented, pedagogical, and unpretentious working style

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience from the telecom industry

  • Knowledge of subscriptions, telephony, and switchboard solutions

  • Experience in technical delivery or customer onboarding

  • Competence in basic IT support
