We are looking for an engaged Customer Project Specialist who wants to be part of our high-performing team at Vitec Codea.

We are now looking for a Customer Project Specialist to strengthen our operations in Sweden. This role focuses on leading customer implementation projects and coordinating local project deliveries within ambulance care. During implementation projects, you will also receive and structure service requests and development needs, ensuring they are documented correctly, prioritized, and communicated internally. You will also support your customers throughout the customer lifecycle. Your role is central to ensuring successful system implementations, high customer satisfaction, and reliable delivery of mission-critical solutions.

Vitec Codea has offices in Helsinki and Tampere in Finland, and we are now expanding our operations to Sweden. This position will be based at our Swedish office in Lund or Umeå. Vitec Codea is part of Vitec Software Group, a leading vertical software company listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, with several offices across Europe.

The role involves travel, including on-site customer visits in Sweden as well as regular trips to Finland for internal collaboration and coordination.

In your role, you will be responsible for

Implementation projects: Plan, coordinate, and lead customer implementation projects, including project planning, scheduling, task coordination, and communication with stakeholders.

Integration projects: Coordinate and lead system integration projects together with technical specialists and external partners.

Delivery responsibility: Ensure that customers receive the ordered products and functionalities within agreed timelines and scope.

Customer satisfaction: Act as the primary project contact for customers and ensure clear communication and a positive customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.

Minor feature launches: Manage minor feature rollouts and configuration updates for existing customers.

Collaboration with support: Work closely with support functions, including service requests and key user sessions.

Internal and external collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with product, development, sales, and support teams as well as external stakeholders.

Continuous improvement: Contribute to innovation, process development, and operational improvements within the project function.

We are looking for someone with

Experience: Some experience in project coordination, project management, or customer-facing roles is preferred. The role suits someone at the beginning of their career who wants to develop into a fully responsible project manager.

Industry knowledge: Experience or understanding of ambulance care, healthcare, public sector, or regulated environments is an advantage.

Project skills: Structured and organized work approach, ability to manage multiple parallel tasks, and willingness to take responsibility for project outcomes.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills in Swedish are required. Good command of English in both spoken and written form is necessary. Knowledge of Finnish is considered an advantage.

Collaboration: Strong social skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong customer service orientation.

Technical understanding: Interest in SaaS solutions, system implementations, and integration environments is preferred.
