IT System Administrator for Øresundsbron

Øresundsbron is in an intensive digitalization phase where cloud solutions, automation, and the future of IT architecture are in focus. As a critical infrastructure, we place very high demands on security, stability, and availability. We are now looking for an IT System Administrator who wants to take overall responsibility for the operation and further development of our hybrid IT environment in a unique Danish-Swedish organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As an IT System Administrator, you will be responsible for the secure, stable, and efficient operation of Øresundsbron's IT infrastructure and its long-term development. The role combines operational responsibility with participation in strategic and technical development initiatives.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Driving, implementing, and managing a secure and accessible hybrid IT infrastructure
• Administering, configuring, and troubleshooting server, network, and client environments
• Coordinating and following up with external IT suppliers to ensure quality and delivery
• Participating in and, if necessary, leading IT projects related to upgrades and new implementations
• Collaborating closely with IT architects, project managers, management, and support functions
• Being responsible for the operation and support of selected infrastructure services
• Participating in IT readiness and on-call duty according to schedule
• Contributing to work on IT security, risk management, and compliance
• Planning capacity and needs in dialogue with various parts of the organization

You will be part of a team of IT administrators where responsibility and knowledge are shared collectively.

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES & QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is structured, responsible, and has a good ability to work both independently and in a team. You have a clear delivery focus and thrive in environments where quality and stability are crucial.

We expect you to have:

• Experience in the operation and implementation of hybrid IT infrastructure
• Experience from complex and business or critical IT environments
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including:
• Azure and Microsoft 365
• Server, client, and network infrastructure
• Experience working in project form and the ability to deliver in a structured manner
• Good understanding of IT security, risk assessment, and compliance
• Experience working according to ITIL, especially incident and problem management
• Fluent Swedish or Danish and a good understanding of both languages
• Good technical English in speech and writing

Meritorious

• Relevant certifications in Microsoft, infrastructure, or security
• Experience in automation and reporting

Start date: February 1, 2026, or by agreement

Location: Lernacken, Malmö

Possibility for some remote work exists
