In the role of Lead Architect / IAM Architect, you will work both tactically and strategically to coordinate, drive, and develop services within the IAM area together with several skilled colleagues.

You will be responsible for leading and coordinating the team through mentorship, collaboration, and development. IT solutions must be realized correctly in accordance with regulatory requirements, business needs, and in relation to other IT solutions. You prioritize the backlog and support the group through clear leadership.

In this role, you ensure that enterprise-wide architectural principles and guidelines regarding standards are followed in the technical architecture. You make conscious architectural choices to create maximum value for the business. The team's focus is on identity security and cybersecurity, compliance, access control, and lifecycle management – areas where you have overall responsibility.

• Support and lead the team
• Lead yourself and help others navigate a fast-paced and sometimes unpredictable environment (VUCA)
• Act as an expert and support the Head of Service Area, Service Managers, and Service Owners
• Prepare decision-making materials for both business decisions and technical choices
• Ensure that requirements, regulations, laws, processes, standards, and policies are followed
• Design solution proposals from different perspectives
• Document solutions and architecture
• Present and communicate solutions to different target groups and in various forums
• Use agile methods to coordinate and lead the work

To thrive in this role and meet expectations, we see that you have several years of experience as an architect in the IAM area. Experience from global and more complex organizations is a plus.

As a person, you are positive, solution-oriented, and thrive in a dynamic environment where no day is the same. You communicate effectively with target groups at different technical levels and have strong presentation skills. You have a supportive personality where mentorship, collaboration, and development are central driving forces.

To be relevant for the role, you have experience and deep expertise in one or more of the following areas:

• Privileged Access Security
• Access Management and PAM
• Identity Governance and Life-cycle Management
• Policy enforcement and policy decision (PBAC, RBAC, ABAC)
• Identity Federation and SSO (modern, traditional, hybrid, and public cloud)
• Zero Trust / Zero Trust Network Access
• API Security
• Regulatory requirements such as NIST and Export Control
• Foundation Data
• PKI
• MFA
• Experience with Enterprise Architecture (Business, IT, and Solution Architecture)
• Ability to convey the Enterprise Architecture vision to IAM domain architecture
• Visualization and communication of architectures and transition architectures
• Stakeholder management from an architectural perspective
• Experience in implementing and documenting domain architecture in large organizations.

Location: Malmö
Travel within Sweden may occur in this role.
This is a project employment with NXT Interim Malmö AB. We apply collective agreements. This is a consulting role located in a defense-sensitive environment, which imposes high demands on security and integrity. Security clearance is a requirement for this position, and you must be a Swedish citizen to qualify.
