About the AssignmentWe are looking for two IT technicians for a 1st-line support function where you will be the first point of contact for users via phone and email. The role is suitable for those who thrive in a customer-oriented environment with clear processes, a strong service focus, and a requirement for meticulous documentation in case management.
Responsibilities- Receive incoming calls and emails and provide a professional, friendly, and service-oriented response.
- Register and document cases clearly in new or existing cases, with documentation during ongoing calls.
- Resolve and close cases in 1st-line when possible.
- Escalate cases that require further handling to 2nd-line and ensure that necessary and clear documentation is included.
- Ensure correct categorization, classification, and prioritization of cases as well as clear subject lines and headings.
- Relevant education for the role.
- Experience in technical support via phone and email.
- Very good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish.
- Service-oriented attitude.
- Solution-focused approach.
- Personal suitability for the role.
- Experience from larger, complex organizations.
- Experience from public organizations (e.g., municipality or authority).
