Our client in Malmö is looking for two mid-level IT support technicians for a temporary assignment within 1st-line support. The assignment is suitable for those who thrive in a service-oriented role with daily contact with users via phone and email, and who have the ability to work systematically in a ticketing system. The role is performed entirely on-site and requires good communication skills in Swedish.

As an IT support technician, you will be responsible for receiving and managing incoming calls and emails with a professional and friendly approach. You will be responsible for registering and documenting cases clearly and accurately during the ongoing contact with the user. Cases that cannot be resolved in 1st-line are escalated to 2nd-line, where you ensure that all necessary and relevant documentation is included for further handling. You will continuously work to ensure that cases are correctly categorized, classified, and prioritized, and that they have accurate titles and descriptions.

Requirements:

• Relevant education in IT or equivalent

• Experience in similar roles within technical support via phone and email

• Excellent ability to express oneself verbally and in writing in Swedish

• Service-oriented and solution-focused work approach

• High personal suitability for the assignment

Meritorious:

• Experience working in larger and complex organizations

• Experience working in public sector, such as municipalities or authorities

The assignment is performed entirely on-site in Malmö with no possibility for remote work. The assignment period runs from January 26, 2026, to March 31, 2026, with the possibility of extension.
