Here you will work in a complex enterprise environment and ensure our ability to deliver the critical infrastructure required for the city's operations – towards citizens and private actors operating in the city. We are described as an organization with a warm and open culture, high technical competence, and cutting-edge technology. We are growing and developing, which is why we are looking for someone who thrives in a changing environment and is motivated to influence and develop together with us.
About the Role
As the service owner for infrastructure, you have primary and delivery responsibility for the infrastructure services throughout their lifecycle. You are the link between clients, suppliers, technical teams, and the business, ensuring that the city has well-functioning and secure communication and operations, with a particular focus on:
- Databases: MS SQL, Postgres, etc.
- Server Operating Systems: Linux and Windows
- Monitoring/Inventory Systems
- Container Platform: Tanzu Kubernetes
You plan the development and management of the services, follow up on deliveries and resources in dialogue with internal and external parties, and contribute to the strategic development of the service content. Your responsibilities include developing and managing governing documents, service plans, service descriptions, and specifications, as well as ensuring that we have a lifecycle perspective on the services. You are responsible for contract follow-up with external suppliers, participate in contract negotiations, and act as a requirement setter during procurements.
The role also includes developing business cases for possible and upcoming changes, participating in annual risk analyses, and contributing to change and incident processes as needed. You have budget responsibility for investments, reinvestments, and licenses within your area of responsibility and work closely with colleagues in the team to jointly decide on the way forward.
Who We Are Looking For:
As a person, you are self-driven, structured, and strategic with good collaboration skills. You take responsibility for your tasks, plan and organize work efficiently, and have the ability to create a holistic view and long-term perspectives. You enjoy keeping yourself updated on developments in the field through environmental monitoring and how technical solutions can support the organization's goals.
We are looking for someone with good technical knowledge and understanding of IT infrastructure in large, complex organizations or enterprise environments. You have experience in creating service plans based on prioritized needs, requirement setting against external suppliers, and creating and maintaining governing documentation.
You have at least a higher vocational education in IT technology or experience that the employer deems equivalent. You have a very good ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.
Meritorious:
- Requirement setting during procurements and experience with LOU.
- Experience in project-based environments and the public sector.
- ITIL experience.
- Experience with IT security-related services.
- Courses, certifications, and other advanced training in the field.
About Us:
We offer you the opportunity to influence socially beneficial critical infrastructure in a large, modern, and change-oriented organization. You will work alongside competent colleagues in an open and warm culture and have good opportunities to develop working methods, methods, and structure.
Warm welcome with your application!
