ABOUT THE POSITION

As a senior fullstack developer, you will be part of a cross-functional development team where you work through the entire development chain. The emphasis is on backend development in Java, but the role also involves active work with frontend in React. You will be involved in analysis, design, implementation, and further development of systems with high demands on reliability and performance.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

Develop and further develop backend services in Java with a focus on performance, security, and long-term management
Build and maintain modern web interfaces in JavaScript and React where usability and quality are central
Work with integrations, APIs, and data storage in systems with high demands on stability and availability
Actively participate in architecture and design decisions and contribute to technical choices together with the team
Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and shared development principles
Collaborate closely with other developers, testing, and operations in an agile working method

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

Has at least 5 years of work experience in backend development in Java
Has experience in developing and consuming REST APIs and working with integrations
Has experience with modern frontend technologies, primarily JavaScript and React
Has a good understanding of version control (Git) and team-based development
Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is a merit if you have

Experience working in container-based environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
Knowledge of CI/CD flows and automated testing
Experience with relational databases and SQL
Experience from public sector or critical systems
