JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Do you want to help develop the future digital solutions for our Individual and Family Care that make a difference for citizens? As a system administrator with us, you will play a key role in ensuring that our systems operate safely, efficiently, and in accordance with laws and guidelines. Your role is to ensure that the systems support the operations in the best way possible within the given frameworks and contribute to a sustainable municipal operation by following established processes.
Your main tasks include:
- Training and support for employees to ensure effective and correct use of the systems.
- Support and troubleshooting for system-related questions.
- Ensuring functioning integrations between different systems.
- Contact with suppliers to manage contracts, updates, and incidents.
- Participation in procurement and requirement specification for new system solutions in accordance with LOU.
- Active participation in developing materials for automations and e-services in collaboration with the operations and the city's central digitalization unit.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with:
- Post-secondary education with experience in system administration or similar work.
- Experience in project management and/or process-oriented work.
- Experience in contract management and supplier contacts.
- Knowledge of information security, data protection, and relevant legislation.
It is advantageous if you have:
- System experience within Individual and Family Care and are used to working with supplier contacts and contract management.
- Previous experience with the operational systems Lifecare and JournalDigital.
- Knowledge of procurement processes according to LOU.
You have a good ability to train and support users in system usage. We value your knowledge of information security, data protection (GDPR), and relevant laws, as well as your knowledge of procurement processes according to LOU.
To thrive in the role, you need to be structured and meticulous, with the ability to see the big picture and understand how the systems affect the operations. You are expected to work independently but also have a collaborative ability as the assignment involves communicating with a large number of people. You are communicative and pedagogical, and you enjoy supporting others and explaining complex issues in a simple way. You are solution-oriented and analytical, with a focus on maintaining and improving what already exists within set frameworks. You are committed to spreading knowledge within your area of expertise and enjoy driving development issues. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
