What will you do?

We are looking for someone who wants a key role in the development of our customers' projects and digital products. In the role of test developer, you will be the link between end-users and the development team, where your focus will be on effectively ensuring the quality of deliveries. You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to understand the customer's needs and drive the project/assignment forward. With your ability to identify problems at an early stage and provide feedback in the development cycle, you contribute to high quality and verify that the delivery is optimal.

You will work on various projects and assignments for our customers - both in-house and on-site in the customer's environment. At Knowit Core, you will have the support of fantastic colleagues and their knowledge across the entire chain from requirements management, automation development, and testing, especially in AI-driven environments. Who are you?

We believe that you either already have a background in test automation or that you are currently working as a developer but are naturally drawn to the quality assurance aspects of the development cycle. You are constantly fascinated by efficiency through test automation and AI-supported development, as well as the frameworks for this. You have several years of experience in the IT industry and have thus developed a strong understanding of digital development processes and product development as a whole.

As the communicative problem-solver you are, you have the ability to see the big picture, maintain a quality focus, and work with the small details. To thrive in the role, we believe that you are a goal-oriented person driven by tackling problems - both technical and relational - in a structured and unpretentious manner. You are good at capturing needs and listening actively, as well as making complex decisions that drive progress.

AI is a natural part of our working methods - from internal tools to solutions we create for customers. We would like you to have experience working with AI, machine learning, or decision support. But perhaps the most important thing is that you are curious about how technology can be used in practice - in everyday life, in the team, and in deliveries.

Examples of skills and experiences that we believe are useful for the role:

• ability to code in one of the common languages Python, Java, C#, JavaScript

• experience with automation frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, Robot Framework, Appium, Cypress

• familiarity with working in GitHub, Bitbucket, TFS/Azure DevOps

• experience with prompt-driven development, e.g., GitHub CoPilot

• insights from cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)
