We are now looking for our next key player for our team in IT, BIM, and digitalization!

We are looking for someone who wants to be part of the expansion of Buildable AB, which is part of the Qflow Group. All the advantages of working at a small company, with the networking benefits of working at a large company.

Buildable offers products and services in digitalization and IT support for efficient and sustainable community building. We provide innovative management systems, project areas, and consulting services in VDC, digitalization, BIM, etc.

About the position - What you will do (besides having fun at work, of course)

In this role, you will be part of our team in our business area of BIM, digitalization, and VDC (Virtual Design & Construction). The work involves support in project design, development of digital working methods in projects, and support based on your expertise throughout all stages of the projects, from sketch to construction documents and into management. Your tasks will of course vary (we are a startup, so you get to be a jack of all trades), but mainly it involves:

• Working as a BIM and Information Coordinator according to ISO 19650
• Model coordination, leading BIM coordination meetings, information and clash checks
• Administering CDE platforms such as ACC, Interaxo, etc.
• Building and strengthening our company to become a leading player in digitalization in the construction industry
• The type of projects can vary from large infrastructure projects to new and renovation of commercial properties

About you - Who we think you are

• You have experience in the construction industry and may be skilled in some industry-specific software such as Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Solibri, or similar
• You have worked as a “BIM consultant” for at least 3 years or as a model manager for a discipline in the construction industry for at least 5 years
• Networking and social? Absolutely – you are someone who sees opportunities in every construction project and has the willingness and drive to create additional sales
• You solve problems continuously and learn new things quickly
• Communication is key – especially since we mainly work remotely. We love to chat (about both BIM and Friday fika)
